I’m glad I did the Holistic Alzheimer’s Prevention Program. Even though I have a family history, I had almost no knowledge about Alzheimer’s disease. I was concerned there was nothing that could be done about it. Now I know how to better take care of my brain. I really liked the supplements section. It helped me to know what specific vitamins are better for the brain. This information should be given to anyone who wants to improve brain health. The Holistic Alzheimer’s Prevention Program was a great and easy-to-follow program.
